Dropped off my laptop, which wasn't charging. Got a call a few hours later; it was the charger and, while I would have to replace it, they got it working again in the interim. Did not charge for the assessment nor for cleaning my charger. When it needs a service, I will definitely be bringing it back here.

I had an emergency with my Mac deciding it dose not need a D key today. Well phoned in to Macworks and they got me sorted out in 30min. Very helpful and great service. Sending my Mac back to them to get a battery replacement next. Would recommend to any one with a Mac.

Beyond impressed! I broke one of my MacBook’s keys while trying to self-repair. Every quotation i got was in the ballpark of around R3000. Brought it in, and Barret sorted me out for next to nothing! Couldn’t be happier.
